Then while I was in my service either the manger or owner I didn't catch her name came in and started pushing a go fund me she has to expand her spa.
When I got home I found out from my nail tech that they did a horrible job and they cut too much cutical off. Most of the staff seemed nice but I had to wait for what seemed like forever and the service wasn't up to par. I went to town for a friends wedding and thought I would save a few bucks off of Groupon well you get what you pay for.

she took a total of 5 hours for fill on my own nails with plain black polish, after mani and pedicure, matching with toes a little glitter, then my friend was there even longer then I was, because the staff didn’t show up after we were told they were ten minutes away when we set our appointments, our nails are super thin, hers broke 20 mins after leaving, and we couldn’t call or reach anyone since it was 2 hours past shop being closed and they charged us a 3 week fill, 2 week fill and a 4 week fill, plus for gel when it was regular polish!!, they told us with polish removal and fill for both it would be 140 dollars, including design!! Total was $200 dollars for plain black fill!!!!! Karma is going to bite the owner and nail techs right where they deserve it, worst experience of my life, and my girlfriend is just as unhappy and miserable, do we ended up getting them fixed at another shop, that place should burn but they don’t deserve insurance payout

Such a horrible existence of a shop!!! First let’s start with they didn’t have barely any staff after we were told 2-3 ppl were there for our appointment to assist both of us girls! Then upon arrival they weren’t ready at all, waited 20-25 mins, no one knew how to work system for appointments, figured it was our second to last day in Vegas let’s give benefit of the doubt, we’ll. Found out the spa also offers reiki, card reading, massages, and facials - we are already planning out next visit to take advantage of their entire package! It truly was an experience and this out of town girl will be coming back.worth the 4 hour drive! Very few places have the small stones to place between your toes so I was VERY excited this was an option! Alyssa was also knowledgeable in foot reflexology which was a welcome surprise. An added bonus were the hot stones used to enhance the pedicure. We were offered drinks as well as hot or cold neck pillows and seated in royal purple cushioned vibrating chairs. Gaby & Alyssa (uh-leesa) were skilled and fun to chat with throughout our time. Staff were friendly upon arrival and we were escorted to the "enchanted forest" for an incredible experience! The atmosphere is carefully designed and very well executed. Best pedicure experience in years! I am visiting my BFF for a girls weekend and we happened upon this little, almost hidden, gem.
